Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add Islay Scotch whiskey, cherry brandy, sweet vermouth, blood orange juice, red bitter liqueur and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Express a lemon zest twist over the drink and discard it.
  6. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice or a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
