Instructions

  1. Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the tarragon sugar syrup, Scotch, Suze and lime juice.
  3. Fill with ice and shake until cold.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
