Shookd is operated by Adminor AB (reg. no. 556227-6351), registered at Hunnebergsvägen 13, 167 43 Bromma, Sweden. We are the data controller for the processing of your personal data on shookd.se and in the Shookd app.

• Email address — for login via magic link.
• Display name — optional, shown on your profile and shared drinks.
• Bar inventory — the ingredients and bottles you add.
• Saved drinks, lists and votes — content you create in the app.
• Barcode scans — EAN numbers and timestamp, used to match products and improve our database.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and page views (briefly logged for security reasons).

• Contract — when you create an account we enter into a contract requiring us to process data to deliver the service.
• Legitimate interest — for security, abuse prevention and product improvement.
• Consent — for cookies related to advertising and analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We use a limited set of cookies. Necessary cookies handle session, age verification and theme. With your consent we also use cookies from Google AdSense for personalised advertising and Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic analysis. Details are in our cookie policy.

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and DDoS protection. May process your IP address and request metadata.
• Google AdSense — serves ads and may set cookies for personalisation and measurement (only after your consent).
• Google Analytics (GA4) — traffic analysis with anonymised IP, only after your consent. Default retention 14 months.
• Systembolaget— we fetch product data from Systembolaget's public API. No personal data about you is shared with Systembolaget.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to any party.

Your data is stored on servers within the EU. Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting). Anonymised statistics about scans and popular drinks may be retained for product improvement.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability)
• Withdraw consent at any time

We respond to requests within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Shookd is intended for users aged 25 or older in Sweden (Systembolaget's age limit for home delivery and equivalent). We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under that age.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in the app. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
