Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shookd (shookd.se and the related app), operated by Adminor AB, reg. no. 556227-6351, Hunnebergsvägen 13, 167 43 Bromma, Sweden ("we", "us"). By using Shookd you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Shookd is a digital service for cocktail recipes, home bar management and barcode scanning of spirits. The service is free of charge today. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; existing features you already use will not retroactively become paid without clear advance notice.

Shookd is intended for users aged 25 or older in Sweden. We promote responsible consumption and do not encourage excessive drinking. If you are below the age limit, you may not create an account or use the service.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Account security depends on your email — keep the inbox protected. We log you in via magic link without a password.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time.

You may not use Shookd to:

• Break Swedish law or any other applicable rules
• Attempt to harm, overload or reverse-engineer the service
• Scrape, copy or bulk-download our data without written permission
• Post offensive, abusive or illegal content
• Impersonate another person
• Circumvent the age limit

You retain ownership of drinks, lists and other content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, global licence to store, display and distribute the content within the service so it can function (e.g. display your shared list to your friends). You are responsible for having the right to share the content.

Shookd, the brand, logo, code, design and curated recipe collection belong to Adminor AB. The recipe database contains both classic recipes (not protected as such by copyright) and editorial material (guides, descriptions) that is protected. You may use the material for personal purposes but not republish it commercially.

Shookd is provided "as is". Recipes and recommendations are for entertainment and inspiration — not medical, nutritional or legal advice. You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption, driving and health. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party product information (e.g. the Systembolaget catalogue).

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and a maximum of SEK 500 per user. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after reasonable notice where possible.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in the app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect counts as acceptance.

Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes shall first be resolved through dialogue. If that fails, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish general court. Consumers may also refer to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
