- Crush the blackberries with a muddler in the base of a shaker.
- Add the gin, crème de cassis, vanilla liqueur, cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass packed with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
