Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the gold rum, lime juice, sugar syrup 'Rich', maraschino liqueur, hot water, saline solution 4:1 and framboise eau-de-vie to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is ice cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
