Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the dark rum, triple sec, orgeat, simple syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the glass over the crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with lime, a mint sprig, a pineapple cube and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
