Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Cut a strip of zest from a lime for the garnish, and cut a lime wedge.
  3. Shake the Giffard sugar cane syrup, lemon juice and white rum hard with ice.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist the zest over the drink and discard it, then set the lime wedge on the rim.
