Build Dark Rum, Gold Rum, Velvet Falernum, Absinthe in a highball glass over ice.

Inspired by his youthful energy, I created the Felix Swizzle by mixing absinthe with pineapple juice. I named this swizzle after my young son Felix, who will have to wait another 25 years before tasting it himself.
