Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass and fill it with fresh ice.
  2. Add dark rum, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup and orgeat to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass over the fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig if you like.
