Blend Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Mango Juice, Rich Simple Syrup 2:1 with ice. Pour into a cocktail glass.

Serving since the inaugural 1956 Mai-Kai menu, the Mai-Kai Swizzle probably stems from Don the Beachcomber's Don’s Swizzle.

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup of crushed ice in a metal cocktail shaker.
  2. Swizzle or pulse blend for 4 to 6 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a stemmed glass.
  4. Garnish with a skewered piece of pineapple along with red and green maraschino cherries.
