Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice, ideally around one large block of ice.
  2. Add the gin, honey syrup, Scotch, egg white and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Finish with a light spritz of Laphroaig over the top and garnish with candied ginger.
