Instructions

Mix Auchentoshan, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup in a shaker. Pack the shaker with ice cubes. Agitate vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a glass filled with fresh ice. Lightly pour Laphroaig over the top of the drink. Decorate with either candied ginger or a lemon peel twist.
