Instructions

  1. Chill the rocks glass.
  2. Add the Scotch whisky, Islay Scotch whiskey, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, honey syrup and amaro to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger and a spray of peated whisky from an atomiser.
