Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice, ideally with one large block of ice.
  2. Combine the Scotch, Gin, Honey Syrup and Lemon Juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a skewer of candied ginger.
