- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Muddle the pineapple ring in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the tequila blanco, apricot brandy, triple sec, lime juice and agave syrup, then add ice.
- Shake until cold.
- Fine strain into the ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
