Instructions

  1. Muddle the pineapple ring in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the tequila blanco, lime juice, apricot brandy and triple sec.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  5. Pour through a fine sieve into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
