Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Pour the pineapple juice, flavoured rum, lime juice, pineapple & coconut syrup and gin into a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until it is well chilled.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Finish with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
