Instructions

  1. Put the amaretto, bourbon and lemon juice in a shaker with one large ice cube.
  2. Shake for 12 seconds, then strain the liquid back into the shaker, leaving the ice cube behind.
  3. Add the egg white and shake hard without ice for another 12 seconds.
  4. Pour straight into a Nick & Nora glass without further straining.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
