Instructions

  1. Add the amaretto, cask-proof whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker. Shake hard without ice, or froth the mix with an immersion blender, to build a thick foam.
  2. Add cracked ice and shake well.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist and brandied cherries.
