Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice and shake.
  2. Strain the drink back into the emptied shaker, leaving the ice behind.
  3. Shake again without ice to build a dense foam.
  4. Pour into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Twist a strip of lemon zest over the drink and discard it, then garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherries on a stick.
