Instructions

  1. Blend eggs for a minute on medium speed.
  2. Gradually incorporate sugar while blending for another minute.
  3. Keep the blender running as you add brandy, rum, milk, cream, and nutmeg until everything is well mixed.
  4. Let it chill to meld the flavors.
  5. Serve in cold wine glasses or champagne coupes with extra grated nutmeg just before drinking.
