Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add Islay Scotch whiskey, Scotch, sweet vermouth, Abbott's bitters and saline solution to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Express an orange zest twist over the drink and discard it.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
