Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Gently press the mint with the simple syrup in a mixing glass.
  3. Add the Yellow Chartreuse, apple brandy, pear liqueur and lime juice, then fill with ice and stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a pear fan.
