Martinique Hundred

🥃
0

Shake Gin, Suze, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

The Martinique Hundred is inspired by my fondness for the Jungle Bird cocktail. Exploring variations led me to discover the Bermuda Hundred, named after a coastal Virginia region. While the Jungle Bird combines rum with Campari, and the Bermuda uses gin and Campari, I opted for gin and Suze. Experimenting further, I tried a version with rum and Suze but found it less compelling than the others.
