- Add the grappa, Amaro Nonino, alchermes and orange juice to one half of a shaker tin, without ice.
- Pour the drink back and forth between two tins to mix it and give it a smooth, emulsified texture.
- Repeat the pouring three to four times.
- Pour over a large chunk of ice in a highball glass.
- Garnish with an orange wedge or kiwi leather.
