Instructions

  1. Put the gin and orange marmalade in a shaker and press the marmalade against the side with a spoon until it dissolves into the gin. A dark marmalade without peel works best.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Campari, orange bitters and plenty of ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour into a martini glass.
  5. Twist a piece of orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then garnish with the twist.
