Instructions

  1. Add the cachaça, lemon juice, egg white, Angostura bitters and orange marmalade to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until it is cold.
  3. Fine strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
