Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the honey syrup and Scotch to the base of a shaker and stir until the honey syrup has dissolved.
  3. Add the lemon juice and orange juice and fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
