Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Pour the spiced rum, Angostura bitters, Carpano Punt e Mes and Pimento Dram liqueur into a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until cold and properly diluted.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Squeeze the orange zest over the glass and drop it in as garnish.
