Instructions

  1. Chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Add the Gin, Lemon Juice, Maraschino Liqueur and Egg White to a shaker without ice. If you like, lightly smoke the drink with wood chips in a handheld smoker first.
  3. Dry shake steadily until a foam forms.
  4. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with edible flowers.
