Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Put the orange marmalade and gin in the bottom of a shaker and stir until the marmalade has dissolved into the gin.
  3. Add the Campari, Angostura bitters, lemon juice and simple syrup.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
