Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Gently crush the raspberries in a shaker.
  3. Add the grapefruit juice, rye whiskey and simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is frosty.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and use it as garnish.
