Instructions

  1. Warm the glass.
  2. Pour the bourbon and Galliano into the warm glass.
  3. Set the spirits alight and sprinkle cinnamon powder over the flame.
  4. Shake the Kahlúa, orange juice and cream with ice.
  5. Let the flame go out, then strain the shaken mix into the glass over the bourbon and Galliano.
  6. Dust the top with a little cinnamon powder.
