Instructions

  1. Place a cucumber slice and a sprig of dill in the shaker.
  2. Lightly muddle them with Maraschino liqueur and Falernum.
  3. Pour in gin, Cocchi Americano, lime juice, and three dashes of bitters.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  5. Strain twice into two glasses filled with ice.
  6. Add one dash of bitters and top off with club soda.
  7. Garnish each drink with a cucumber slice speared by the leftover dill sprig.
