- Put a cocktail glass in the freezer, or fill it with ice and water, so it is cold when the drink is ready.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the bourbon, toffee syrup and cream.
- Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled and the cream is fully blended in.
- Empty the glass if you used ice, then strain the drink into it.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
