Instructions

  1. Make the cinnamon syrup, or use a ready-made one.
  2. Rub a little lemon juice around the rim of a coupe and press the rim into sugar so it is evenly frosted.
  3. Fill a shaker with ice and add the vodka, lemon juice, orange peel, cinnamon syrup and Aperol.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is ice cold.
  5. Strain into the prepared coupe.
  6. Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
