- Add the saffron gin, honey syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker.
- Shake hard without ice for about a minute, until the honey syrup is well mixed in.
- Open the shaker, add the cream and a scoop of crushed ice, then shake hard again for a quarter of a minute.
- Pour the club soda into the open shaker, then strain the drink into a highball glass without ice.
