Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, Maldon salt and celery salt and rim a highball glass with it.
  2. Add the dry sherry, St-Germain, celery stalk, Patron Citronge, lime juice, tequila blanco and salt to a blender with crushed ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into the rimmed glass.
  5. Garnish with a celery spear and an edible flower.
