Sammy Berry mentioned in an Argus article from 2005 that she created the Tuscan Mule at the St James. People there often bought her drinks, and she grew tired of receiving plain Tuaca. It's uncertain whether this occurred during her tenure with Poul Jensen from around 1996 to 1999 or later on.
