Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the cognac, maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Angostura bitters, daiquiri bitters and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge skewered with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
