Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Angostura bitters and cognac to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
