Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, parfait amour, absinthe and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Twist an orange zest over the drink and use it as garnish.
