Instructions

  1. Saffron syrup:
  2. Prepare the saffron syrup ahead of time.
  3. Drink:
  4. Chill a coupe.
  5. Muddle the red apple in the bottom of a shaker.
  6. Add the lemon juice, gin and Drambuie, then shake with ice.
  7. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  8. Garnish with a star cut from apple, floated on top.
