Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Stir the honey syrup into the vodka in the bottom of a shaker until it has dissolved.
  3. Add the lemon juice and apple juice, then fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
