- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Stir the honey syrup with the Irish whiskey in the bottom of a shaker until the honey has dissolved.
- Add the lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, Sauvignon Blanc and apple juice, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a physalis.
