- Muddle the blueberries in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the blueberry vodka, absinthe, lemon juice and simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Pour everything, ice and berries included, into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, without straining.
- Top with ginger beer, then slowly pour the raspberry brandy over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top.
- Set the sugar cube on top.
