- Chill the coupe, then moisten the outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip it into smoked salt.
- Add the tequila blanco, mezcal, Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur, lime juice, red bitter liqueur, sugar syrup 'rich' and saline solution 4:1 to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into the rimmed coupe.
