Instructions

  1. Pour part of the bourbon into a rocks glass and add the tea bag and four ice cubes.
  2. Stir for 60 seconds.
  3. Lift out the tea bag, add the bitters and stir again.
  4. Pour in the remaining bourbon and top up with fresh ice.
  5. Keep stirring until the drink is well chilled and diluted.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
