Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Islay Scotch Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth and Abbott'S Bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a lemon zest over the drink, then discard it.
  6. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
